In order to best serve the public during this time, Animal Skin Ear & Allergy Clinic will be implementing the following practices:

2) When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please remain in your car and call us. A member of our staff will come out and escort your pet into the clinic and directly into an exam room. You will be REQUIRED to wear a face mask for the duration of your time inside the clinic. If you do not have a mask, let us know when you call and we will provide one for you BEFORE you enter the clinic.
3) All payments will be continue to be taken by credit card in a CONTACTLESS manner (we will type in your information and confirm while you are still present. We will also accept personal checks but cash payments are discouraged.
4) When you are a new client scheduled for an initial visit, we will email you our two new patient forms and you will need to fill them out and submit back to us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please have your veterinarian send us your pet’s records at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not have your forms and your veterinary records at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, you will be required to reschedule your initial appointment
